I make this smoothie all the time! It's delicious without loads of sugar.
Ingredients:
*1 container of Kroger Carbmaster raspberry flavored yogurt (80 calories, 3 grams sugar, 12 grams protein, 1 gram fat). I like to use this kind of yogurt because it's not infested with sugar like Dannon or Yoplait and it still tastes great. It does not have that gross, tangy organic taste to it, either.
*1 cup skim milk
*Approximately 2 teaspoons chocolate flavored coffee creamer or 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
*Ice
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
